I'm so glad that I found this forum! I was on weight watchers and lost alot of weight, but then went through a seperation and gained it ALL back...PLUS 20 more pounds. I need to get this weight off. I went from 125 to 183. I have lost 7 pounds so far and I am excited to keep going! :carrot:

Like you I have went through a separation, divorce, lost weight not in a healthy way then proceed to gain the weight back and then some. My highest was somewhere around 185-190 but I was too terrified to really get on the scale until I lost down to 175 and my lowest was 117....so here I am stuck but the support is wonderful here please post often!
