New AGAIN!!

Hi, I Am new once again to this web site. I was on here about 2 years ago and as I update my information. I noticed that I have gained 7 pounds since then!!. So here I am once again.

I love to read all the posts on here. It gives me alot of support knowing that all of you do so well and I hope I some day can do the same.

I am a horrible dieter. I do really good for about a month, then it all falls apart. My will power is not good at all. So does anyone have any ideas on how to keep that strong will power. I do really good all day, then when the kids (11 & 16)come home from school I can't help myself. I just feel like I have to eat whether I'm hungry or not. So I eat the crappy stuff they eat. I was just wondering what everyone else does when they feel their will power slipping. Thanks :(

I am the wrong person to answer, I am good for about a week then slip into old habits. But I do find that if I keep 'my' food handy and ready to eat I will reach for it first. for example, a baggie full of celery or carrots, a jar of dill pickles, ff micro popcorn. My downfall is the eve hours LOL

anyway welcome back and hope to see you post often

I simply ask myself... do i want to be fat forever!? and the few minuets of eating something yummy will never feel as good as being thin and healthy will! When i am at goal and maintaining i will allow myself to slip in a few guilty junk foods here and there

It's always hard. I've slipped so many times. I keep starting over until I get there.
