well today was:
B my two burritos 3pts S none L stir fry veggies 1pt 1/2 c white rice 2pt S none D Taco salad 10pt s 2.5 glasses of wine 8pt 24/22 pt oops I will make it up tomorrow |
Ok - here is my Tues Menu. I'm trying to limit processed stuff!
32 points B - 1/2 c egg beaters (1), mushrooms (0), strawberries (1), raisins (2) S - Apple (1), 1/4 c nuts (3) L - 6 oz chicken (6), broccoli (0), potato (2) tossed with 1 t oil (2) S - Air Popped popcorn (from kernals) (2) S - strawberries (1) and cottage cheese (2) D - 6 oz chicken (6), salad - lettuce, tomato mushroom (0) with oil and vinegar dressing (2), steamed carrots (0), 1/2 c black beans (1) 32/32 |
Well today wendie says I get 25pts but I used 3 of them yesterday so I am down to 22 LOL
B my usual 2 breakfast burritos with added egg beaters today 4pt S baby carrots 0 L Quinoa 1 C 4pt, steamed cabbage, onion, carrots 0pts, oyster sauce 0pt S Fiber one bar 2pt D 6 oz cod 4pt, sm baked potato 3pt, ff sour cream 1pt, tarter sauce 1pt, breading 1pt S popcorn 2pt 22/22 |
Ok yesterday I blew it with wine so I moved my hp day to accomodate so today this is what I am looking like
