Tbsp sugar - coffees (1)
L: 2 eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon (3)
S: watermelon, grapes
D: 1 cup ww pasta & tomato/onion spaghetti sauce, 1svg garlic bread (4), 1 cup spinach w. FF ranch dressing
Dessert: 1/2 cup ice cream (3)

S: just polished off a whole bag of cheesies & a skor bar :cry:
L: vegetable soup
S: grapes & yogurt
D: chicken breast & steamed carrots
Dessert: baked apple w. cinnamon & sprinkling raisans (1)
