Hi everyone!
Tigerseye, love the bracelet idea...it would be a good reminder. When you feel that urge to eat something you don't really want to...just reach down and touch it to remind you of your goal. I think I will do that. Nancy, I keep telling myself when I loose enough weight I am going to splurge and buy that pair of knock out pair of jeans. So hang in there, you are almost there! I just got home from a long day at the office...did real good on my plan today. I have a wonderful boss who lets me and a GF work out in his office during lunch, so I took my DVD player, my WW DVD work out and clothes and we did our workout at lunch (before eating). WOW, it felt good to know it was done. We are going to do our lunchtime workout M,W,F to start with. MUEN for today: 16 oz water Coffee (got have it) (4) / strawberry oatmeal with 1T low fat butter (3) 3 oz baked chicken (no skin) (3) , broccoli and carrots (0) Halloween candy (just a piece) (?2) Baked chicken (3)/ fresh veggies (...broccoli and carrots or green beans) 1/3 cup rice (3). Jello and a piece of fruit (2) or a fruit smoothi milk shake (4) Total 22 points DH prepared dinner and it's ready...gota go, will check back in later. Hope you are all having a wondeful day! Going to be FINE in 09!!! |
