oh my! Did you know?
that progresso light makes 5 canned soups that are zero pts?? I'm sooo excited! Got them on my grocery list for sure!!!
|
yep..I've tried them & they are pretty good. A tad salty for my liking but I am SUPER sodium-sensitive. Seriously, I swell up like a balloon. :)

Yeah, what DisgruntledOne said.
While it may look good on the surface, you have to be careful to notice the servings amounts- I've never seen a can of Progresso soup that wasn't two servings, so all those nutritional facts have to be doubled ('cause honestly, I don't know of anyone who can eat half a can of Progresso soup) |
Still though, 1 or 2 points is nothing for a whole can of soup :)
What flavours?! |
yeah it's zero pts for 1 cup and each can has two servings but even at that it's 1 pt for each entire can, that is still good :)
Um I'd have to look at the list again but I know vegetables and noodles is one... southwestern style vegetable soup italian vegetable soup vegetable barley soup and another kind of vegetable soup.. can't remember right off :) But even at that, the ww zero pts soup if you eat enough of it adds up to pts as well.. so I knew it was relative but I was just excited to find something I don't have to make home made :) I don't have much time to make homemade soups |
good find those are great for a quick lunch that requires little prep time. I too have to watch the sodium though.
