Post wow, oatmeal is filling

i found out this am , that oatmeal is pretty filling, only thing is I really don't like it. I forced myself to eat it at 0830 and stayed full until 1200.
Is there any thing i can add to it that is low points and tastes great?

I always add cinamon, splenda, and a dash of salt. It's nice with 1/2 a banana, but it adds calories.

I have it everyday for breakie. It is filling and keeps me satisfied for hours.

Berries go well in it too and they are low points. Strawberries or blueberries.

I have a great recipe for oat bran/wheat flour raisin muffins. There is only about three tablespoons of sugar. You don't even have to throw in the sugar. I just use three tablespoons of golden brown sugar. They are wonderful because they are sooooo filling and not too sweet. I am not for sure how many points they are, but I tried to configure it last night on the computer and I think I came up with about 1.25 or 1.5 points apiece. I had two for breakfast and an orange and stayed full until after my workout at 1:00.

If you want the recipe, let me know, and I will post it on my blog.
