At Home Support Group......06/08 - 06/14
I thought I'd restart the thread that was lost. I know alot of you have been or are going on vacation. We'll try to keep the fort down until you come back. Remember those cookies, cakes, goodies taste so good, but you still have to face yourself when you come back. ( I know the hard way).

Hi everyone! I was glad to see the thread revived. I weighed in this week with a 2 lb loss! I finally feel like I'm getting back on track. Hope everyone is doing well!

Morning all...
I did my WI this morning. I'm down two pounds so I was pretty excited about that. I'm not sure if it has to do with the swimming at night with the kids or just the hot and not wanting to eat a whole bunch. Whatever it is I'll take it.

Good morning everyone.I am around on and off around here,but have another 22 pounds to loose before I hit goal.I have to get serious about my points again.So this week I drank 6 glasses of water every day (which is huge for me..lol) and went to the gym for half an hour Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday.Well I WI this morning and was up 2.4 pounds.I am just hoping it is a little bit of muscle gain,because I will be hugely disappointed if it wasnt when i WI next week..Wish me luck :)
