Thanks for the point/activity info. I figure I won't count them either. I feel pretty satisfied so far. I'm kind of surprised. Pleasantly surprised!

Hi Loretta! From some of your posts a couple of months ago I think we must live fairly close to one another - - we went to the same Reba/Kelly concert I think! (I'm going to feel like a doofus if that was someone else) Anyway, welcome back! I'm in the same boat, been at this off and on for what seems like forever and I would just like to lose the last of it and get to maintaining. I find that I do best when I post a lot, so here I am too!

Mom2Q - I did go to a Reba/Kelly concert but it was here in Kansas City. I am not sure it was me.

Morning.....

Morning ladies,

I did my WI today and was still the same as last week. I've had a lot of stress this week and haven't really been eating the right dinner (good all day until dinner). Last night I had Cheese and crackers and then two big nestle toll house cookies that the hubby made. I want to lose these last few pounds and I'm having such the hard time.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I've been checking in daily but haven't been blogging...I'll check back later.

Can I eat whatever i want when i'm on WW? I know you should eat a balanced diet but if i can eat out and stay within my point range is that ok? I'm not talkinng about eating big fat greasy burgers all day every day but i mean... I eat about twice a day... plus snacks... I eat a healthy lunch and then my bf likes to go out to eat so I usually eat fast food for dinner. I try to choose a somewhat healthy choice like girlled chicken instead of deep fried stuff... but will this work for me. So far just cutting down on what i eat has worked since staying within 26 points is a huge cut for me... I'm just worried that i'm gonna sabatoge my weight loss by eating out!! Help:?:

I am the same that I have been x 2 weeks. However, i have not been following the 'rules' too closely.

I had been keeping track of my points on excel. however, since I am more of a visual person, I think I need to be writing it down in a notebook. This weekend I can get a cute little notebook and keep better track. i also have have a plan of what to eat each day..

Breakfast:
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs (cold with salt/pepper)
1 cup V-8 juice
1 orange

Lunch
Sandwich (I am searching for low point bread and tortilla shells for wraps)
yogurt
Chips or crackers of some sort (searching for low point/healthy)

Dinner
We are going to try eating out for awhile. I will be getting salads and grilled sandwiches - hold mayo and cheese

Snacks
sugar free jello
Fiber One bars
Veggies

My friend bought Sara Lee Simply wheat or something along the lines of that. I can find out for sure tomorrow. She said according to the nutrition values it's 1 point per slice and I'm not a wheat fan but it was delicious! Soft and yummy! I'm picking some up tomorrow for sure. She gets the deli select oscar mayer turkey, i think, and for the nutrition values is 1 point for 6 slices. So you can make a sandwich for 3 points with mustard on it! That's what I had for lunch and it was yummy! Triscuits are only 2 points per serving and are pretty good. I rather have wheat thins but I haven't calculated the points on them yet.
