March Activity Log!!!

    Lets go girls - get that activity in and let us know how and what you are doing!

    2 - 40 min. resistant bands w/Leslie Sansone
    4 - Just my size Yoga
    5 - 1 mile walk at home & resistant bands
  • March 2- 30 minute Walk- Leslie Sansone
    March 3- 2 mile w/resistance bands and 15 minutes of basic boot camp with Billy Blanks
  • March 7 - 1 mile walk w/Leslie Sansone
  • March 9 - 1 mile walk with Leslie Sansone
    March 10 - 1 mile walk " "
    JMS Yoga
  • March 10 - 45 minutes cardio

    Is Leslie Sansone a good workout program? I have a gym membership but sometimes I just feel like staying home and working out.
  • March 11-15.................Nothing, zip!!!!!!!!!!! Ate Easter Candy! Grrrrrrr!
    Week of March 16th will be better~
  • Mar 17 - 45min @ gym (treadmill and circuit)
    Mar 20 - 3 mile walk with Walk Away The Pounds (45 min)
    Mar 21 - 4 mile Super Challange with Walk Away The Pounds (1 hr, phewff!)

    My goal is 1 hour a day of exercise....off we go! lol :-)
