Curves?
Does anyone here go to Curves? I just started in addition to week #1 on WW and I love it-just wondering if anyone has had any success with it.
Good luck with the upcoming weekend ladies :) |
The first time I did WW back in 2001, I joined Curves. I always hated exercise but I really enjoyed Curves. It really helped with my measurements but the scale didn't move much for me. I lost 15 lbs. in 9 months. From a size 14 to a 6.
I have arthritis now and can't use the machines. But if I had the money and could use the machines, I would join again. |
i joined curved in october when i started weight watchers. i like it cuz i've never been comfortable at a regular gym. i would get more benefit from it if i went more regularly. i think it's a good workout for those of us who aren't very athletic.

I just started back at Curves this last week. I went about 4 years ago & loved it. I really like it & like a pp poster said, I think it's really good for those of us that aren't already exercising. I've heard a few ladies put Curves down that it wasn't athletic enough for them...but I've been a couch (computer) potato for so long now there is no way I could hop into a normal gym. The ladies are nice & it's a perfect fit for me.

I joined curves after they did a free 3 week trial. I liked it, just haven't been motivated to go since X-Mas. However, I think that it can get boring after a while. They never change the machines. Hopefully now that the weather is getting nicer I can include more outdoor stuff so I don't get so bored at curves.
