Hi, I'm a newbie! I've been doing WW Flex @ home since New Year's - lost 15 lbs. Goal is to be down to 125 by this summer.
I have been really good until this past weekend - I went to the fair... OY! I ate fried everything (since I was drinking - SO misbehaving!!).
Gained a pound! BLAH!!!
Before this, though... I've been at a plateau for about 2 weeks. I work out (probably less than I should but at least 2x/week), and I'm sticking to the pts.
Is there anything to maybe "jump start" back into gear here? Maybe drop 2pts./day? Drink more water?? I'm hungry and cranky here.
