Hi,
I just started yesterday and this is going to be hard! A few coworkers are doing this with me,so we can talk at work,have a 'meeting'. I need all the support I can get so I come here also. I ride my xercise bike 1-2 miles a night,so I get my xercise,but I'm having a problem with drinking my water.I don't drink very much of anything...I don't seem to be thirsty much. look forward to chatting with everyone, bec |
This week has been good for me. My energy level is up. Now if all this snow would stop so I could get out walking!!

Hello to all the new people and welcome! I have had a stressful week this week but definetly not an eating week. I tested positive on Monday for influenza! I have been soo sick. I do daycare and one of my families is the one that brought it into my house. The mom is a nurse practitioner and gave her children motrin to keep their fevers down and brought them to me! She is the same person who is upset because I told her I probably wouldn't be open the rest of this week!!

I have been staying OP, but not working out. I am going to try that firm step thing I bought today and see how that does. Off for now. I am new to 3FC. I have been doing WW points off and on since the Fall. I have been on it reliously x 3 weeks. I have now lost about 10#. I have another 50# to my goal.
I found a free excel points tracker online and that has really helped me get serious about this in the past 3 weeks. PM or email me if you want me to send it to you. |

well today wasn't so great,
started off good,but when I got home was another story. needless to say I left my points at the door when I came in. sometimes I get really depressed and today was one of them. New to this group. I was on WW a long time ago,and did well. I just don't have time to go to meetings-kids, work nights, husband, you know how it goes. Anyway I need the moral support from others, not just my husband. I hope to loss 45 lbs. total. Shooting for the small goals first. I would like to loss 2 lbs. this week. Go small hope big. Thanks |

I have been MIA for about a week. Things have been busy around here. I have had a sick child. And have been going to the gym. I didn't get to go to weigh in this week so I don't know if I lost but everyone keeps telling me I look like I am loosing weight. All of my girlfriends are complimenting me. So I must be loosing inches. Which is fine with me. I am walking a mile every night or every other night atleast. I have cut out all but one soda a day....I have to have one or I would go crazy!! jar-you look great! your daughter did a wonderful job:cool: julz- happy belated birthday! My youngest had pneumonia early in the week, so I've not been here much either. I ate too much (over by 10) on Wednesday, but I've been pretty good the rest of the week. I'm rearranging my bedroom this weekend to bring my treadmill in from the garage. I use to love going to the gym and just walking on the treadmill. I hope that I can at least get back into that. I also changed my BC pills this week. I think that the new ones were making me crazy and hungry. I don't know, maybe I'm grasping at straws to explain why I just can't stay focused on this lately. Hope everyone is having a great week! Welcome to all of the new folks! I hope that everyone that was under the weather is feeling better! |
Hey Beliter! When I was re-reading I read your post again. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER feel bad venting to us! We've all done it and we're all here to give support as well as get it. Hey gang,
Been awol lately from the board and my tracker both :rolleyes:. I think it began with company, funeral and then I got the flu (not the stomach, but real congested in my lungs). It's been taking a while to clear, the chest feels better, still a little wheezy. If it still lingers over the weekend, I'll go to my doc. Back on track today. Just doing the journaling has given me a more positive mood today. I also made an appt with a therapist for next week and I also go for physical therapy. Surgeon gave me the OK for the water aerobics and I think I'll start that again Monday if my cough has gone. Weather is better, so walking will be nice. Everyone seems to be doing pretty good. Have a great weekend.:D |
I weighed in this morning since I was feeling better. I made my Valentines Goal! Thanks to the flu!! I am hoping to keep it off though. I am really hungry now that I even feel like eating. I didn't have the stomach I had the respiratory flu and man is that awful. I saw a few of you others are there as well with it.
I HAVE 2 LBS TO GO TO HIT MY 10%!! I so want to make this goal! Anyway. Good luck for the next week make sure you are tracking points! Tracy |
