Question about ww at home?
 

I am currently doing the flex plan with the points. ( I used a friends book) What I was wondering is I would like to get the books,dining out guide, and point finder online. Is that possible or do I have to go to a meeting? Thanks for your help!

I think you can get that online,ebay maybe even the WW site.You can go to a center and just buy it as well.If I had it to do again I would not have bought the dining out guide.Most of the restaurants in the book are not even in Ma.There is a site where you can get points for restaurants that is to me better than the book.

It has been worth it just as a trial for me (the $65) It will give you all the info you need to successfully do this without attending meetings. You have a point tracker and a weight tracker that remembers all your food and exercise info every day with the points values.

If you want an electronic tracking of all your points you can purchase either a basic or deluxe points calculator from WW or Amazon and track it yourself by looking up calorie counts on fitday or other sites like that.

I think it's still in effect, but you can sign up for the online membership and they give you a free 7 day trial period. If you cancel before the end of the 7 day trial period, you won't be charged. You can order anything during that time from their website that isn't available otherwise. HTH

You don't have to purchase the whole kit. I bought the whole kit when I first started WW at Home fwhen I was paying member of the WW website. Later when they came out with the new books, I just ordered the books and I was no longer paying member of the website. I assume you can still do it that way.

You can buy the stuff off eBay.
