New to WW @ Home

I am new to WW in general but thought I'd do it at home. Getting out isnt easy for me as is the cost. I need to loose about 50 pounds. But know that I cant do it alone at home. I'm the only overweight person in my family. I have 3 girls & a husband....none of them are overweight.

My doctor said I should eat 1200 calories a day but I dont think its enough. I am also exercising very little due to physical/health issues. But I did buy a a stepper yesterday. My doctor said to start out at 12 min a day....5 days a week. On top of the twice a day I walk to and from the school which is 10 min away...one way.

So I'm going to check out the WW site and if I have any questions I've been told to come back here.

Welcome! I am also fairly new as I started about two weeks ago. I think you will really enjoy WW and this site! I know that I have found the plan to be so flexible! On other diets I would have to make one meal for myself and one for my husband who refuses to eat diet food. With this plan I have learned how to accomodate my favorite foods. It's great!

Welcome!! Our heights, start weight, and goal weight are VERY similar!! I also exercise very little... but not due to physical problems, I'm just not a big fan of working out, lol. I've lost weight with little to no exercise (although I know that isn't recommended) so don't let your lack of physical activity put you off! I know you can do this!!
