Greetings Girlies

This is a place where we can post our goals. Whatever yours might be post them here.


I am going to work really hard for the next 6 weeks and try to lose 10 pounds by then.

My V-Day goal is to be at the weight where I am no longer considered obese based on my BMI: 174 pounds.

My goal is to be out of the 180's, so anything under the 179.5 mark. I guess that is 10 lbs for me too.

Okay I can't count because I thought it was 7 weeks so I based my goal on 3lbs a week--21 lbs. Oh well--I will keep it there and hope to get close. I always aim high. We shall see what happens.

My Valentine's goal is my 10% goal ...it took me 6 weeks for that last time so I will shoot high. OP so far and drinking like a fish!!

I signed up for WW last Saturday. My goal is also to loose at least 10 pounds by Valentine's Day. This is my 3rd time on WW. It really works when you are committed to keeping track of points.

I'm going to aim high and shoot for my 10% goal. Making sure I am drinking my water and exercising!!
