Did WW once B4
Hey y'all... had done WW once before about 2 years ago, but did not incorporate any exercise. I think I might be getting a treadmill in the not-so-far away future, and that'd be a good thing.
I have tried LC, and about 3 years ago, lost about 20lb. It was an incentive, but I got so tired of all the meat and eggs. Since then, I tried low carb in March of this year, and again about 1-1/2 weeks ago. This time, I really got sick of the eggs and meat really fast. So, now, I think I will seriously do WW at home. I am not a social person persay, and I would rather do it in the privacy of my home. So, thanks ahead for the support, and I'll be sure to support y'all!! ~Tammy~ |
Hey, Boopie Girl
I saw that you are considering joining WW at home. I say, go for it, girl! My co-worker and I have done the on-line only. She started in January and has lost 100+. Seeing her success, I joined on-line in late Feb and have lost 33 lbs. Neither of us appreciate the social aspect of the meetings-we are both big time introverts-so it can work great without the meetings! You will do great!
