  • Just curious - if you'd like to give an "explination" as to why you weigh-in on what day you do...then feel free to
  • I chose Monday - though I'm going to switch over to Fridays! I'll weigh-in tomorrow (Saturday) and then next week I'll start weighing in on Fridays
  • Sunday - arbitrary but consistant
  • I go for Saturday Mornings when I wake up. I let myself have a free day/free meal on Saturdays to kinda confuse the metabolism. So if I do really bad that day, I dont feel guilty and I know I have all week to work it off.
  • Saturday - So that the weekends are easier for me to eat out, etc and not blow my next weigh-in!
  • I always do Sunday. It's the start of a new week and everything.

    I always need a little bit of a splurge on the weekend. It give me 5-6 days to get back on track. We usually eat out on Friday or Saturday too. I focus hard on calories during the work week, which works much better for me.

    I am starting back on W.W. after nearly a year of attending my last meeting. I am trying it at home this time and am going to weigh in on Mondays. I am weighing in on Mondays since it will be a little over a week from the start of W.W. I am excited to get going and feel good again!!
  • I WI in on Tuesdays! No explanation, I really don't know why. I do like the theory of WI on Friday or Saturday - you know - then you have all week to work off the weekend!!!!
  • I weigh in on Fridays. I also have a free day on the weekends so this way I have the whole week to work it off.
  • I first came to this site on the 9th of May. Had my first weigh in on the 12th. Now I do a weight in on either the 9th or the 12th and then 2 weeks later from which every date I did the weigh in on.
