I survived my 4 days of working out for the week!!!
3 miles everyday and hitting the gym to do this activetrax workout program.. I love it, well except my whole body aches and I have discovered muscles that I never knew existed. |
Did day 2 of TBL workout (thank you Bob!) AND, got in the 4 mile walk with DH tonight! FELT SO GOOD!

I half heartedly did my balance ball routine this evening. I think I'm tired. Water aerobics in the am. It all seems to be bearing fruit for the effort this week tho.
