Just a quick note to start the thread and post my progress (or lack of it!) I showed a 1.4 pound gain on Saturday but I expected it (and deserved it!) I started Core on Saturday - I need to get a hold of the evening snacking on junkier foods and so far it's been really good - better than when I tried it a number of weeks ago. We went out to dinner with friends on Saturday and I was able to really do well - almost solely Core foods except for a glass of wine and some blue cheese in the salad (which I used weekly points for.) Yesterday Tony and I made a huge pot of the 1 point (also Core) turkey chili which we enjoyed last night over some brown rice.
I've been pretty good with activity - I'm really enjoying the Turbo Jam dvds - but I hurt my wrist on Saturday (it was bothering me all week and Saturday night I felt like something really strained or tore and it's a bit swollen) so I'm opting out of yoga class tonight and will try to make an appointment with an orthopedist to check it out.
Karen - are you still out there??
