I'm a slow loser too so I'm going to say 10 lbs. by Halloween. My metabolism right now is in a race with molasses and the molasses is winning!

I am modifying my Halloween goal a tweak. It's still ambitious, but I decided that what I REALLY REALLY want to see is a number below 250. :crossed: That would put me at around 40 LBs lost in a year. That would be great. I signed up for the Mindless Eating Challenge http://www.mindlesseating.org/. I checked the book out from the library and have been reading it the past few days :book2:. VERY enlightening. Some of the tips are already suggested in WW literature, some info is new (and shocking). So onward!:chicken: |

New to the WW threads, but I've been active in SB and Atkins in the past. I've been on WW for around 2.5 weeks, but I'm doing it from home with the help of fitday. This challenge/mini goal sounds like something I need! I'm going to go for 10 lbs. Thats a bit over 1 lb per week, so I should have no excuses! Good luck to all :) |

I definitely don't think I will make my goal. I will try to get as close as I can to it. I will try not to be so ambitious (sp?) next time. I already know what my Thanksgiving mini goal will be.

Well I definately don't think I will make the 7.8# I have to go to get to my halloween goal either..........................but, YAY, for as far as I've come! I'm thinking about my Thanksgiving Goal. I will be a little more practical for that one! Really I should be pleased. I started my actual diet when I went to the doctors on June 4. Weighing in at 260#..................I had lost 12# before I started posting here on August 6th. So overall I have dropped 32# since June 07'! :carrot: When I see those numbers I feel so much better! Well everyone have a great day! It's football day at our house!!! Welcome newbies! Congrats Losers! |

It is time to see how we did on our goals we set for today. I did not weigh due to TOM, I will weigh next week. I do hope that all of you did make your goals you set. |
My plan was to lose 20 and I lost 15. I am very happy with that because I set such a lofty goal. For Thanksgiving it will be 12.
