Hello At Homers
Keelygal: Sounds like your Monday is off to a great start. Congrats on your loss, I am proud of you. Thanks for the words of encouragement, I needed that after the weekend I had.
I too am off to a good start, I worked out this morning, and I am on my second bottle of water. I got a new crockpot this weekend and I am going to make the bbq pork from the ww thread for tonight. Has anyone else made it? I will let you know what I think. I hope it is good.
I was going to cut grass, but thankfully it is about to rain. We need the rain, or at least our veggie garden and grass needs it. So I will put that off until tomorrow. I will check back in later.
Good luck this week. Don't forget your vitamins.

Hey Ladies, weighed in this morning and had a loss of 4 pounds!!! I am so excited! I am on my second botttle of water this am and cleanded my house already. I cheated this weekend but I am back on track this am. I didn't really cheat that badly but enough to make me feel guilty. Atleast I still lost though.
Daph, I am so glad to hear about you being in such a good mood! Good luck on the points.
Off to do crunches!

Everyone sounds so excited and motivated! I went to the gym this morning and did a pilates class, it was tough! Then I jumped on he eliptical, but only for 10 minutes, I left my water bottle on the table after I took it out of my bag to make room for extra clothes. I don't do well doing cardio without water so I had to jump off. But it is nearly 100 degrees out and we have no a/c here in Colorado, so I will sweat without working out. LOL. I am about to start cleaning, so I will be burning cals soon! Take care all.
MK: Congrats on the loss!
Daph: Please let us know how the pork turns out! We love the crok pot here at my house!

Mkjohn: I am so happy for you....Congrats on your loss Will you hit that 100 mark this week?
Keelygal: The bbq was horrible. The hubby and I are ticked, to put it nicely. That pork top loin was $22.00. I went right by the recipe and it was so tough, we threw it out. You couldn't eat it. Maybe if you used a less expensive cut of pork, like the butt it would be better. Fell back on a ww frozen dinner instead.
Looks like we are all happy and motivated about this week. That means only good things can come right? I am working so hard to make my labor day goal, I hope I will have a loss this week.

That's too bad about the pork! I wonder if maybe the size of the meat had something to do with it, it might have needed more liquid. Oh well, trial and error, right. Good luck all!

Good Afternoon At Homers
I just got through cutting the back pasture, that way I can walk tonight, without worries of seeing a snake. I hate snakes. Day two of getting my workout in and as I said I will try to get a quick walk in this evening, if the rain holds off. I am feeling stronger everyday. It is amazing.
I probably will not weigh on Friday because I am retaining fluid this week, if you follow me. I will take my measurements instead. Have you all taken your measurements? I know I have lost some inches, because I can see a difference around my waist. We will know in a few days.
Mkjohn: I knew you could do it What is next 110 crunches????? It does feel great to reach a goal doesn't it? And yes, you can do it, we all can do it, if we put our minds to it. I am so happy for you. I have a pot roast and veggies on. Do you like grilled food? What about some grilled chicken and roasted veggies? That is one of my favorites.
Keelygal: Your right, trial and error. But I am back with it, I have a pot roast in the crock right now, I know that will be good. How are you doing today? Have you got your workout in yet?
Speaking of goals, I forgot to list mine for this week. My goal again this week is to workout 4-5 days and drink plenty of water. I made it last week and I know I will again this week.
Where is everybody else??? We miss you.

Hi everyone!
Hello everyone! I have done ww before, but this time I am doing it at home. I am a mother of 5 (all at home ages 13-5) and a wife. I work full time but do have time in the evenings to excercise, I just generally make excuses not to. I am doing the points system and looking for buddies/support.
Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Hey all! Today has been a good food day! I am planning on hitting the gym tonight with my hubby. So I skipped it this morning and am holding off until he gets home from work. I have been keeping busy cleaning and watching TV. It's too hot to be outside. Hubby asked me to make chicken alfredo tonight, so I'll be hitting the freezer with Smart Ones. I am gonna cook it, serve it and stay a mile awat from it. LOL. I hope everyones doing well!

Welcome aboard Racegirl
We are glad to have you here. Sounds like you have your hands full with 5 kids. All my kids are on four legs..lol. I also hate to exercise, but I know if I don't, the weight just won't come off as quickly. I made a deal with myself, I cannot get online everyday until I exercise and so far that is working out great for me. Good Luck!!!!!
Keelygal: You are so funny. I figure the hubby sees me naked, so who cares if he knows my measurements...lol. I know for me before on WW, that there were times when I didn't see a loss on the scale, so it was nice to see that I did lose inches. At least I will have a loss for the week right? With all this working out I hope so.
