At home... how do you do meetings?

I do my own meetings with all the WW based Boards. I also say what's on my mind at the time. I'm also happy for the time being saving $$$ not going to WW meetings. I know later I will have a blast trying to get rid of that last 10 or 15 lbs. and complaining like a normal person lol!

i just use message boards online .. i have done real meetings in the pass but wasn't getting anything from the meetings themselves ..

so i bought the at home kit (also done ww online)

Posting and chatting on this site in like having daily mini meetings for me. I also use Peertrainer.com to journal and log my points. It helps keep me on track.
