Hi everyone! I am new here, I should get my kit this week and am anxious to get started. I have lost 2 lbs this week which I think is water weight. Just trying to watch my carbs until I get my kit and know what I am supposed to eat. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
Hi Diane, I just started Gat Chicks today to. I am doing weight watchers at home because I dont have time for weekly meetings. I have been doing it since Jan 16 and am down 7 lbs. I think it is mostly water weight to but it is still nice to see I feel like I am eating all the time compared to my old habit of eating 2 huge fast food meals a day. I have given up soda and that is killing me!!! haha. good luck! I know you can do it!

I also have cut out my soda and am on Day 2 of that! whoa, its harder then I thought! But I have to do this. I just had a baby in November and cannot wait to lose my 20 pregnancy pounds and then the rest .
