I'm New
Hi I am new to this site, But I am going to do WW at home. I have the books, and I officially started Yesterday! :^: And I have to admit, I am not liking the no soda thing:mad: I have a lot of weight to lose. A lot of Pregnancy weight, as well as added.
I am currently needing to lose 85lbs. Should I exercise? Or will the WW plan work for me? Any suggestions, that might make this whole WW-at home thing alot easier for me?:?: Also...I have instructions for Both Flex & Core plan, which one is better for the amount of weight I need to use? |
Hi :)
:wel3fc: Joining WW was probably the best decision I ever made. That, and joining 3FC ;) To answer your question...you SHOULD exercise in conjunction with the WW plan. WW will only get you so far, the benefits of exercise go beyond measure. It'll improve your overall physical health and speed up weight loss. Something as simple as walking daily makes a huge difference! As for which is better, Flex or Core..I think it depends on the person and what you think is best for you. I chose Flex because I really needed to get hold of HOW MUCH I was eating and get a good grasp of eating the right type of foods. I was worried that with Core, I would be tempted to cheat too much. With Flex, I still enjoy the "naughty" foods, but in very limited quantities. |
Thanks, Simone!
I think I am like you, I need to do Flex, that way I can get control of how much I eat, and what I eat!! Thanks for the Welcome, and advice!! :) |
I just came back from a Sales Conference and let me tell you...having my Points calculator with me REALLY helped! I was more focussed on eating healthy foods and good quality foods this time around. I filled up on 0 & 1pt foods and indulged in small quantities of other things. The way I see it now is...Flex is my way of life. It's not a diet. It's how I have to live.
Good luck! |
