Juicing information

  • Just wanted to share points for juicing
    carrot 1 pt for 6 oz 60 cal with 2 gm fiber
    cabbage 0 pt for 4 oz 27 cal with 2 gm fiber
    red pepper 0 pt for 5 oz not sure of calories

    For lunch I add a 20 oz glass of
    12 oz carrot
    4 oz cabbage
    4 oz red pepper
    2 oz celery
    tiny bit of ginger root.
    2 points
    (as many points as a tossed salad with dressing!)


    VERY Filling

    Any other juicers out there
    the vitamins/minerals/nutriants are staggaringly good for you.

    After a few weeks I find I am feeling better/looking better.
