Slim Fast Bars

I got a Slim Fast Chocolate Cookie Dough Bar and have a question on it's points. The Calories have 2 listings.
Calories (Energy) 220, Fat Cal. 45. What is the difference? Then it has total fat 5g and fiber 2g. Any ideas on its points? Wendy

You use the total calories, fiber grams and fat grams to figure out the points. You do not use the # of calories from fat.

The bar you had was 4.5 points.

Calories

Calories (energy) is the total number of calories for the food per serving. Fat calories is ONLY the fraction of calories provided by the Fat component of the food. This is so that you can see how much actual fat is in the food. Like if the item is 180 calories, and 120 are from fat, you got a mighty delicious thing you're about to eat, but boy is it loaded with bad stuff. So calculate your WW points based on Total Calories (energy) and NOT the fat calories.
