When a food item is not in the book, use all your other resources: Based on the size of the product, and a decent estimation of the ingredients and you'll come up close. Remember our credo, "you didn't gain the weight because of a fruit yogurt. You gained the weight losing sight of how much you were eating to begin with." A reasonable "guesstimation" will get you close and that will suffice. You can also always to go the company's website and see if it's posted. WW cannot calculate points for every single food item a chef or food scientist can invent or concoct. Guessing is good. :-)
