Need Help with Points
 

I had to attend a breakfast function at work this morning and ate a small banana muffin. I thought it was bran until I was committed. Can someone help me with how many points this muffin would be?

My book says 5 pts for large bran muffin and 6 for large banana muffin. If this was a small to medium muffin, I would count the banana muffin at at least 4 pts for a small and 5 pts for a medium.
