Points question, can anyone help?

I was just at the grocery store comparing yogurt, and purchased some Yoplait Light (blue label). When I compared it to the WW yogurt the calories and fat were the same, the only difference was the grams of sugar, and the Yoplait was less. I came home and put the info into an online points calculator and it said "2 points". How can this be if the WW brand says "1 point" on the label? How should I count this?

THANKS!!!

Did the WW brand have more fiber?

boaterswife 08-12-2006 09:52 PM

Nope, fiber was the same as well!

I would go with the two points.

Thanks Suzanne & Shyla! I think I will go with the two points....better safe than sorry!

Danon Light Yogurt

Just a FYI, Danon Light Yogurt has 60 cals, so it's 1.2 points.

Thanks, Alethea, I'll check them out this week at the grocery store!
