Hi there. i am from Australia and i only know kilos, not pounds. So what is 65 kilos in pounds???:dizzy: :?:

1 kilo = 2.2 pounds.

I'm Canadian where we're metric too. I use google ALOT for calculations mostly because they work best here. But I think the diet planning sites like fitday.com let you chose metric if you'd rather.
