I went to the McDonalds website under nutrion information and you can build your own salad (or anything else) you click on whatever you want to put on your salad and it will give you the nutritional information, you then can figure out the points for exactly what you are eating. It is 4 points for the salad without orange sauce, almonds or dressing. You can also find the nutritional info for all of the dressing, I really like the Low fat Balsamic.
