Smoothie Points help

  • Hello everyone!!

    I am new to the whole Weight Watchers thing. I am trying my best to really be good about it and stay on top of it. The only thing is I am having a tough time figuring out points for things that are not listed in my book. I am not a huge fruit person and that is something I am trying to change. My new thing is to make small smoothies when I get home from work. Lastnight I made one with Strawberries, Grapes, and Peaches mixed with ice, skim milk and some splenda. How would I go about finding out the points for this? Or is there a website that someone could direct me too that has a bigger list of points for foods?

  • 1 cup grapes - 1pt, 1 1/2 cups strawberries - 1 pt, 1 small or medium peach - 0 pts. 1 large is 1 pt or 1 cup canned unsweetened is 2 pts. 1 cup skim milk is 2 points and splenda is 0 points.
