frozen meals

what are you favorite frozen meals and point value? I recently bought 10 smart ones and each has me gagging!

You may not be able to eat the highly processed food. After doing core for two weeks, I couldn't stand the taste of most frozen foods. Maybe our taste buds get used to the preservatives and the salt, and then when we take a break and come back, it's all we can taste.

The least offensive are the WW plain cheese or pepperoni pizza, the Lean Cusinine Spinach pizza and the Lean Cuisine Cheese-filled pasta bowl, with fresh mushrooms added in the last two minutes. All lean cuisines I've ever seen have the points value on the side.

Personally, I really like the Smart Ones dinners.

My absolute favorite frozen meal, (which I eat at least twice a week) is the Healthy Choice Traditional Turkey Breast. It has mixed vegetables, stuffing, turkey and a cherry desert (6 points). Actually, I just finished eating one for dinner!

The Smart Ones meals I always buy are the Fettucini Alfredo (6 pts.), Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli & Chicken (6 pts), Salisbury Steak (5 pts), & Broccoli & Cheddar Roasted Potatoes (4 pts).

If you haven't had any of these, try one of them. I think they are fantastic!

*Post edited to insert point values (forgot to include them in original post)!
