WW point value help please???
hey everyone....I'm starting weight watchers today, I joined a few months ago and have the books, dining out companion and the food guide but I can't remember about how many points I get to use and the flex points...I think I should be in the 26-28 point range, i'm 5'2 and weigh 229 lbs, is there anyone out there that can help me? I really didn't want to go sign up again just to learn this part, i've done the plan before and had good success with it, I just need to jump back in.

Thank you so much! I've been highlighting in my books all afternoon, I didn't realize they're were so many options. I'm really looking forward to this, i've tried the low carb but found them so restrictive.

I love the weight watcher diet. It isnt so much like a diet to me... it is more about a life style. Making better choices. Learning what healthy choices are .... and being concious of what you are putting into your body.
And just like everything else in life .... we will have good days and bad days ... i think the trick is just not to give up .... Good luck |
