I Find What Works The Best For Me Is I Start Counting Points At Dinner Instead Of In The Morning. I Always Eat A Low Pioint Breakfast And Lower Lunch And Then Have The Extra Points When I Need Them At Night.we Entertain A Lot And Just Nice To Have That Option Without Using My Flex Points. Have Others Tried This?? As Long As It Is In A 24 Hour Period I Feel This Should Not Matter. No I Do Not Graze All Night Because Of This And Am Losing About 2 Lbs Per Week. Just Me......

I tried that for awhile last time I did weight watchers and found it really helpful. Lunch was my "last meal" and I always started with 0 points for the day at dinner.

This is my problem!
 
For some reason I fail every time at staying within 20 points..... Right now it is only 3:36pm and I only have 2 points left. This is my best attempt so far. Most days I can't help but eat 30 points. NOT GOOD! I am constantly losing weight due being an exercise freak. I usually exercise 1-1 1/2 hours 6x week. I should be losing more if I could just not go over my points. I'm getting so frustrated..... I'm not going back to WW. Too expensive! I do believe the program works, but I am getting NOTHING out of my meetings. It's just a bunch of old ladies gossiping the whole time. I don't learn a thing. I'm a poor college student and can't pay another $140 for another three months. AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!!

I need help and thank you for giving me ideas. I find it hard to get all the 8 rules in and stay under 20 points. 2 cups milk (4), 2 tsp oil (2), 2 fruit (2)- there goes about half of my points right there! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

B- 1 cup milk (2), 2 slices WW bread (1), 1 tbsp peanut butter(2), 2 water
S- small apple (1), 1 water
L- 3 slices turkey (1), wrap (2), 2 tsp oil (2), veggies(0), 1 water
D- (whatever folks make?) *7 points*, 1 cup veggies(0), 1 water
S- 1 fruit(1), 1/2 cup milk(1), 1 water

* i do ok until lunch time and then it goes downhill- does this seem like so little food to you all? I am a huge eater! I also get discouraged when I don't eat the meal I planned so I get angry with myself and go nuts and have whatever the rest of the day, then I feel bad. I have such a horrible relationship with food. I'd like more points at night for dinner and snack, but I don't know where they would come from..... only ate 11 points up to dinner. I feel like such a failure.... I do keep on trying though. Today is better than most. (the above menu was a practice one... but I hardly ever stick to it).

* I'll try the apples and cinnimon. Thanks
