Default I am a little confused. HELP

Okay here is the deal ... I made boneless skinless chicken breast in that Cola Recipe I got off of here.... which says it is 4 points per serving I am assuming the serving is 3 oz ..... is that what a serving is ??? (1st question)

Well I looked on Calorie king ... and 3 oz of uncooked chicken boneless, skinless, chicken breasts is 100 calories and like 1 gram of fat ... which isnt hardly any calories .... and the ketchup used to cook it in which came out very runny ... so there really isnt hardly any sauce I am gonna say maybe

2 table spoons (if that) per serving .... which is only 30 cals and 0 fat.

I am confused at what the points would be for this ??????

Say if the serving is 3 oz.

does 3 oz sound low or high ?

ANY Help would be appreciated

Default

In general meat points are 1 point per ounce cooked. 4 ounces cooks up to roughly 3 oz. 3 oz uncooked would cook to roughly 2 ounces. You always figure points based on the cooked weight.

you can refigure the points with the total cal/fat/fiber you are consuming.
