Dear Shelly:

The cucumber salad dressing you listed has 5 points -- for the sugar alone -- which is 16 points per cup. Depending on the amount of onions you use, count them as one point per cup and DO count them.

Now, on to your breakfast. The Orange you list as 0 points really has 1/2 point. Don't short change yourself. You will likely be eating the rest of it later in the day (or another fruit that you have "halved") which will add up to one point. I disagree with the philosophy that if it comes up zero on the pointsfinder, you don't have to count it... It had calories, you ate it, be honest about it.

the 3 eggwhites is one point. The vegetables are zero.
the bread was one point. The peanut butter was one point (if it really was a MEASURED teaspoon, levelled off, using measuring spoons and not a spoon from your flatware set. (There is huge difference.)

So, your breakfast is

Orange: 1
Bread: 1
Omelette 1
Peanut Butter 1 for a total of 4 points.

And, it sounds delicious! What's for lunch? :-)
