I eat the microwave 94% fat free. You can 5 cups for only 1 point (according to my Getting Started program book). It has been a great help to me when I get hungry. And I never feel deprived. 5 cups looks like a big bowl of popcorn.

Good luck. Hope this is helpful.

hmmmmm... I get Jolly Time Healthy Pop Minis-Butter Flavor. It's 94% fat free, and very best of all is that it's in little single servings. I get to eat one whole bag for 1 point. It isn't totally fat free, but it's worth the trade not to have to pop an entire big bag- cuz I'll eat every kernel! lol. It's tastes really great too.

Here is a link to the sticky about popcorn points - you can use it to compare brands :)

I prefer using my air popper to pop kernels, then add some butter spray and seasonings - :T

Here is a question about air popped popped corn: How much popcorn does 1/4 cup of kearnals make. How much does 1/2 make, etc. How many points is that. I get confused because not all of them pop and its kinda weird measureing every kearnal that comes out of the popper. If i had kinda an estimate that would be great.

I use the no-name brand from Loblaws. 1/4 cup usually makes about 2 1/2 cups of popcorn.

Next time you make popcorn for yourself measure out your 1/4 cup or your 1/2 cup of kernels. When the popcorn is popped measure out how many cups of popped corn you get then tape a note to the fridge or the container you keep the kernels in so that next time you have a quick reference guide. :)
