Newbie Here!

  • Hi Everyone,

    I'm 26 and I started Weight Watchers a month ago and so far so good! I am on points and mine are 20 a day. I've been really great about it, if I do go over its by 1 or 2 points at the most. I enjoy looking up recipes on-line, especially Mexican or Cheese dishes. I don't have that much to lose but I am a shorter person so my goal weight is healthy for me and losing that amount will do a world of wonders for me! Just losing the 3.2 I've noticed that I am not out of breath which is awesome!

  • First off don't be afraid to dip into your Weekly aka Flex points by going over. They are there to be used.

    Remember that the 20 Target aka Daily points are just your bare minimum.

    I use all my points including the 3-5 Activity points I earn each day. I have since day one and I lost and felt better.
