Iced Coffee
 

Wouldn't the point value for an iced coffee with only coffee, ice and 2 packets of splenda be zero points? Any points in an iced coffee would be from skim milk, right?

What about the new iced latte lite at dunkin donuts? It says a medium is 100 calories making it 2 points. Would there be 2 points worth of skim milk in one?

lattes at D/D you need to use their values of what they provide. It could be that they do have that much in but it could also be something else.

If you are making it yourself and use just plain coffee,splenda and ice then yes it would be 0 points.

After reading a recipe for how to make lattes the use about 10 oz of milk in them....so if you get one with fatfree it is about 100 cal....
