Ingredients


1 1/3 cup fat-free ricotta cheese, drained
2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
12 mini canoli or 6 regular sized canoli
3/4 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Dash of Cinnamon (if desired)


Instructions


Combine splenda and cornstarch in a blender to make powdered sugar. Then combine in a bowl the ricotta and splenda mixture. Hand mix until well incorporated. Add the mini chocolate chips and vanilla extract (dash of cinnamon if desired). Put the mixture into a small ziplock bag and cut the tip of one end off. Fill canoli shells and serve. I had additional powdered sugar left over because i thought the cream was sweet enough so i sprinked that on top of the canolis for decoration.

Yields one regular sized canoli or 2 mini canolis.
