Gravy?
 

My mom's making dinner tomorrow and she makes gravy,
she makes it with less than a 1/2 cup of corn startch and gravy browning..does anyone know how many points it would be for 1/2 or 1/4 a cup?

I checked the Calorie King site and a quarter cup of a thin gravy made with little fat has 50 calories, 2.5 grams fat, 0 fiber, which would be 1 point. A thick gravy has twice that for the same quarter cup -- 2 points.

If you are careful, you should be able to get enough to be tasty for just one point :)

I would be daring enough to bring a jar of Heinz fat free gravy!!! Say sorry in advance to your mom, and love every bite of it. 1/4 C is only 1 pt. I love it, comes in beef or turkey. Heck....I use it even on chicken. All my homemade gravy would be so high in points, I don't risk it.
