How many points for snack or party mix??
 

I like to eat snack mix like bits and bites, etc. I am unsure as to how many points it is. And I don't want to be underestimating. Does anyone know how many points it would be for say 1 cup of snack mix? Thanks!!

well, all I can tell you is that it's 3 points for 2/3 of a cup of Chex snack mix.

I was doing the same thing as you - having it in little bits and bites, and then I was never really sure how much I consumed...so, the best thing to do is seperate out a serving size into a small bag, and then nibble on what's in the small bag...that way you know your points exactly.
