Question power sticks with less PB oil

I have made the Weight Watchers Power sticks several times:
1/2 C peanut butter
2/3 C corn flakes, crushed
3 T honey
1/3 C nonfat dry milk

Knead ingredients together. Form into 6 sticks & wrap individuallly in wax paper. Store in airtight container.

4 points each.

I have used soy butter at times and bran flakes as a replacement, and made 7 servings instead of 6; this brings the points to 3.

They are sweet & a nice treat.

I have tripled the recipe in the past so I use a 12 oz. jar of natural peanut butter. I did that yesterday but I drained off the oil on top [1/4 cup] before making. I kept it aside in case I needed the liquid, which I didn't.
So my question is, how many calories, fat, or points did I save by not using the oil part of the natural peanut butter?

Thanks,
Cindy

Well, a tablespoon of peanut oil (for cooking) is about 119 calories. A quarter cup is three tablespoons, I think, so you would save about 357 calories on the whole recipe.
