Hi,

Was planning on having some Habitant pea soup for lunch....using the formula without knowing the fiber content it works out to about 7 points for the can (about 11/2 cups) but when I checked n line they give any canned high fiber soup as counting 1 point/cup.....wouldn't pea soup be high fiber?

ok, decided it's better to "cheat" yourself by counting too high than too low so am going to count it as 7 points.
