Great dinner. Points help?
 

Can someone please help me count to make sure this is exactly right? becuase i love this dinner, and i think that it is 6 pts, but i want to be sure sure sure! thanks everyone

1 cup white rice - 4 pts
1 cup boca burgle crumbled meat - 2pts (1pt per 1/2 cup)
1 cup salsa ( i make my own salsa with the "ultimate chopper" i use cilantro, lime, tomato, a little tabasco sauce, and onion)
1 cup mixed vegetables ( red peppers, onions, and mushrooms)

This recipe should only be 6 pts right? for the burger crumble, and the rice, i hope?!
