Italian Beef? Points?
 

Hi all!!! Question for you.

I am here at work and am going straight to Bunko after work. She is having Italian Beef. Hmmmm. I am not sure how to point this out. I don't have any of my books here and I can't seem to find anything much online.

I am thinking 3 or 4 points for the bun and maybe 1 point per ounce of beef.(I'll have to try and eyeball)

Does that sound about right? So maybe 8 points would cover it?

I'd rather error on the side of caution!

I have my books, it doesn't list Italian beef, but:

Most forms of plain roast beef are about 1 or 2 points per ounce, depending on how fatty the cut was.

1/4 cup of beef with barbecue sauce is 3 points.
