I babysit for a baby boy and I was feeding him baby food last night and I started looking at the calories, fiber and vitamins. I thought this isn't such a bad idea. Do you think this would be a good substitute for like yogurt or dairy if I could fine one with a lot of calcium? Or maybe good low cal snack ideas? Just wondering. This maybe a totally ridiculous idea. Anyone have input?
