Flaxseed Oil - Points?

I would like to start taking flaxseed oil. Does anyone know what point value it would be?

Flax seed oil points.

How much are you adding?

Flax seed oil- 1tsp 40 cal, 4.7 g fat = 1.2 pts.; 2 tsp 80 cal, 9.4 g fat = 2.4 pts; 1 Tbsp 119 cal, 14g fat = 3.5 pts.; 1g = 8.5 cal, 1g fat = 0.25 pts

If you want to calculate the points yourself, http://www.nutritiondata.com/, is an excellent resource for information. And then you can use ye olde formula to calculate the points: (cal/50) + (fat/12) - (fiber/5) maxing fiber at 4g.

It is the same as all oils..1 point per tsp and 4 points per tablespoon.
